The “Tastes” standard is actually the construction of a common identity for the experience of local dishes, drinks and products, with a kind of promise to guests that there is a daily offer of traditional dishes and drinks in the marked facility.The standard can be awarded to a catering facility that usually operates for at least three years and meets the established minimum requirements set by the ordinance: to have at least two local traditional dishes and six beverage labels in the daily offer, of which at least four are wines, and to which is carried out in five categories: Food, Service, Drink, Ambience, Environment) achieves a minimum of 75 out of a possible 100 points.Great story and concept, but unfortunately poor realization.Just organizing a special offer in catering facilities is not enough for the whole project to be self-sustainable and to develop further. Devlin called up for qualifiers
