Karimnagar: Both the State and the people are lagging behind in economic development due to the negligence of the TRS government and the Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao, in implementing its poll promises before the elections, criticised CPI State secretary Chada Venkat Reddy.Following the party State committee call, the district party leaders and activists staged a dharna in front of the Collectorate here on Monday and later submitted a memorandum to District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed.
